Residential complex construction in Ekali, Ekali, Attiki, Greece
2005-2007
Construction Materials Selection, Supervision & Construction
From 2005 to 2007, a significant residential project took place in Ekali, entailing the construction of a complex consisting of 55 luxury residences. It was a collaborative effort, with our team taking charge of material selection and construction supervision. The location was advantageous, situated on a plot with a gently sloping terrain, and the complex features three distinct types of houses with varying architectural styles: Classic, Modern, and Minimalist Modern.
The luxuriousness of these residences is evident not only in their aesthetically pleasing architectural design, but also in the high-quality construction that embodies top-tier functionality for both interior and exterior spaces. In order to achieve this level of quality, we carefully selected materials that would showcase the architectural design’s superior properties. Additionally, by supervising the construction process, we were able to coordinate work, ensure adherence to construction plans, and comprehensively apply high-quality specifications.
The homes within the residential complex exemplify modern architecture, showcasing sustainable features that ensure their longevity and bioclimatic identity. The outdoor space surrounding the homes seamlessly blends with the semi-urban environment, creating a harmonious connection with the natural landscape and preserving the identity of the area.
