Airbnb Apartment Renovation in Pagkrati, Attiki, Greece
2019
Architectural Representation, Design, Construction, Supervision & Decoration
In 2019, our architectural firm undertook the renovation of a 46 m2 apartment in Pagkrati with a focus on creating a hospitable space that fulfills the needs of Airbnb guests, while also highlighting its aesthetics and functionality.
We captured the space’s essence and the client’s requirements for both Airbnb rental and personal use to determine the renovation’s design and work. Since Pagkrati is a constantly growing area with contemporary trends, our renovation design aimed to create a modern, comfortable, and functional space with fully harmonized aesthetics.
We reformed the apartment’s interior by designing a unified living room-kitchen area and a separate bedroom to provide a pleasant living experience and the ultimate sense of hospitality to Airbnb guests.
Our interior design approach during the apartment renovation highlighted its characteristics and created a modern aesthetic identity. We accentuated the presence of the pre-existing Chios black marble in the space through modern aesthetics and materials, utilizing color contrasts to create the right perspective of the space’s dimensions, enhancing comfort.
We supervised the construction, renovation work, and decoration of the apartment to ensure the proper implementation of the design, regarding functionality and aesthetics, resulting in a welcoming and comfortable space that offers visitors a unique living experience.
